For this step, you may want to hire a qualified plumber.  Decide the placement of your jets and install the necessary plumbing to get water pumping into the hot tub.  And remember:  The more powerful the jets, the more advanced the plumbing will be.  Choose parts that are water-efficient to ensure you’re not paying a fortune on water bills down the line.
