• Trust your eyes. If the driveway is cracking or showing signs of wear, it’s probably time to reseal.
• Never seal a new asphalt driveway. The driveway needs to harden and cure for at least three to six months. Otherwise, it is far more susceptible to cracks, chips and imprints.
